Private Pay

Initial Intakes: $150

Subsequent Sessions: $100/45 min or $125/60 min

Couples Intake $150

Subsequent Sessions: $130

Sliding scale fees are accepted in some circumstances.

Insurance

I accept the following insurances: UMR, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, HPS at this current time. Many of my clients use insurance to pay for services. I provide monthly superbills for insurance reimbursement if I am out of your network.

Co-pays or payments are due at time of service.

All major credit cards are accepted, though cash or check is a preferred method of payment
